Miss sixty, energie and diesel are under the same mother company. Much like scotch tape and post it are sub brands under 3M. This could just be for the brand management in South Africa, or how the brands are brought in here. I’m in brand marketing and i doubt it would be different for overseas. Some diesel items are only licenced but not manufactured by them but still sold in stores, fashion retail is complicated.
